Kensington and Bayswater ist ein Wahlkreis (englisch constituency) in der Hauptstadtregion Greater London im Südosten Englands, der einen Abgeordneten ins britische Unterhaus (House of Commons) entsendet. Er liegt im zentralen Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea und in der City of Westminster. Der Wahlkreis besteht seit 2024 und umfasst die Stadtteile Kensington und Bayswater.
Geschichte
Die Boundary Commission for England schuf den Wahlkreis im Hinblick auf die Unterhauswahl 2024. Er entstand aus dem aufgelösten Wahlkreis Kensington sowie Teilen der weiterhin bestehenden Wahlkreise Cities of London and Westminster und Chelsea and Fulham.
Der Wahlkreis umfasst folgende Gebiete:
- seit 2024: im Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea die Wards Abingdon, Brompton & Hans Town, Campden, Colville, Courtfield, Dalgarno, Earl’s Court, Golborne, Holland, Norland, Notting Dale, Pembridge, Queen’s Gate und St Helen’s sowie in der City of Westminster die Wards Bayswater and Lancaster Gate[2]
