A pun on 福島／福岛 (Fúdǎo, “Fukushima”), where 福 (fú, “blessing; good fortune”) is replaced with its homophone 輻／辐 (fú, “clipping of 輻射 / 辐射 (fúshè, “radiation”)”), coined by Chinese nationalist writer Zhou Xiaoping in August 2023, as a protest against the discharge of radioactive water of the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Plant:
