Skároš (Hungarian: Eszkáros) is a village and municipality in Košice-okolie District in the Kosice Region of eastern Slovakia.
History
In historical records the village was first mentioned in 1270 (Skarus), when it belonged to Trstené pri Hornáde.
Geography
The municipality lies at an altitude of 236 metres (774 ft)[3] and covers an area of 36.87 km2 (14.24 sq mi) (2024).[4]
