All statistics correct as of 20 December 2025.

The 2025–26 season is the 144th season in the history of Tottenham Hotspur Football Club, their 48th consecutive season in the top flight of English football, and 34th consecutive season in the Premier League. In addition to the domestic league, the club is also participating in the FA Cup, the EFL Cup, the UEFA Champions League, and made a debut appearance in the UEFA Super Cup, with the latter two qualifications coming by virtue of winning the UEFA Europa League final 1–0 against Manchester United in the previous season.

Prior to the season starting, Thomas Frank was appointed as the club's new head coach on a three-year contract replacing Ange Postecoglou who was sacked at the end of the previous season.[1]

During the summer transfer window, captain Son Heung-min left for Los Angeles FC after ten years at the club.

On 4 September 2025, after nearly 25 years at the helm Daniel Levy resigned his position as chairman of the club.[2]

Pre-season and friendlies

On 31 March, Tottenham announced a pre-season tour to Asia with a friendly confirmed against Arsenal in Hong Kong, which was the first-ever North London derby outside of the United Kingdom.[63] Tottenham then announced a return to South Korea, to compete in the Coupang Play Series 2025 against Newcastle United.[64] And a trip to Germany to face Bayern Munich for the Telekom Cup was confirmed next.[65] On 13 June, a fourth friendly was added against Luton Town.[66] Two weeks later, a trip to Reading was announced.[67]

A behind-closed-doors friendly against Wycombe Wanderers was also later announced.[68]
