Alejandro Tabilo defeated Lorenzo Musetti in the final, 6–3, 2–6, 7–6(7–5) to win the singles tennis title at the 2025 Chengdu Open. It was his third ATP Tour title, and he saved two championship points en route.[1][2] Tabilo was the second qualifier in the 2025 season to win an ATP Tour title, after Jenson Brooksby at the U.S. Men's Clay Court Championships.

Shang Juncheng was the defending champion,[3] but lost in the second round to Brandon Nakashima.[4]
