Daniil Medvedev defeated Corentin Moutet in the final, 7–5, 4–6, 6–3 to win the singles tennis title at the 2025 Almaty Open.[1] It was his 21st ATP Tour title, and his first since 2023.

Karen Khachanov was the defending champion,[2][3] but lost in the second round to Jan-Lennard Struff.[4]
