   Đây là tiêu chuẩn cơ bản để xem xét một đảng có phải là chính đảng Mác-xít hay không và là tiêu chuẩn hàng đầu để xác định bản chất giai cấp công nhân của Đảng.

   This is the deciding criterion for a party to be a Marxist political party, and also the standard for identifying the worker-based nature of the Party.

• The usual word for "political party" is simply đảng. Chính đảng may be used to emphasize the "political" sense, as opposed to the "party" sense carried by đảng alone; or simply for disyllabic eloquence.
• Not to be confused with Dân - Chính - Đảng (“People-Government-Party”).
