Cognate with Tibetan ཞག (zhag, “evening, one day (24 hrs)”), Old Chinese 夕 (*ljaːɡ, “evening, night”), Nuosu ꉖ (hxot, “night”). Compare with Lhao Vo ayo, [Term?] and Zaiwa ayoq.
