• -day, -dog‘, -doq, -dayin, -dak, -daka, -daqa, -aqa, -daqangi, -aqangi

Inherited from Chagatai ـدیک (-dyk /⁠-dek⁠/), ـداک (-dāk /⁠-däk⁠/), from earlier ـتیک (-tyk /⁠-tek⁠/), from Proto-Turkic *teg. The variants -daka, -daqa, -aqa have the dative suffix -qa appended, while -daqangi and aqangi additionally have the adjective-forming suffix -gi.

1. suffix forming adjectives or adverbs from nouns, pronouns, proper nouns and adjectives

   ‎qand (“rock sugar”, noun) + ‎-dek → ‎qanddek (“sweet (as sugar); fine (as sugar); in one lump sum”)

   ‎bu (“this”, pronoun) + ‎-day → ‎bunday (“like this, such, so; as follows”)

   ‎burungi (“previous”, adjective) + ‎-dek → ‎burungidek (“as previously”)

• The variants -aqa, -aqangi, -dog‘ and -doq can only be appended to demonstrative pronouns.
