Etymology
From English giant + kill, from the idea of the weakest card beating the strongest card, i.e. David and Goliath. A wasei eigo (和製英語).

- (card games) A rule in Tycoon where a three of a particular suit (most commonly spades) can beat a single joker; a reversal. During revolution, most rulesets instead use a two of that suit to do this.
