ခရေ (hka.re, “starflower”) + စေ့ (ce., “seed”) + တွင်း (twang:, “pit, hole”) + ကျ (kya., “to fall”), literally “a starflower seed fell into a hole”, referring to knowing something at such a granular level of detail that even the little bits which have fallen into little conceptual holes are accounted for. Compare English leave no stone unturned for similar semantics.
