     Addressing that rally, Atal ji proclaimed that our government has been formed for the welfare of Dalits, backward classes, and the poor. Our government will not function on the basis of Manusmriti, but on the basis of the Constitution of India. He also said that we are Bhimites, that is, followers of Ambedkar.
