The 2022 Karjala Tournament was played between 1–13 November 2022. The Czech Republic, Finland, Sweden and Switzerland played a round-robin for a total of three games per team and six games in total.[1] One game was played in Budvar Arena, České Budějovice, Czech Republic (Sweden vs Czechia) all the other games was played in Gatorade Center, Åbo. Sweden won the tournament. The tournament was part of 2022–23 Euro Hockey Tour.
Switzerland replaced Russia due to the Russian invasion of Ukraine.[2]
