The 2019 Karjala Tournament was played between 7–10 November 2019. The Czech Republic, Finland, Sweden and Russia played a round-robin for a total of three games per team and six games in total.[1] One match was played in Leksand, Sweden the rest of the matches were played in Helsinki, Finland. The Czech Republic won the tournament. The tournament was part of 2019–20 Euro Hockey Tour.
