The 1988–89 season was Arsenal Ladies Football Club's 2nd season since forming in 1987. The club participated in the Home Counties Division One.
Arsenal also played in the FA Cup, reaching the Third Round, where they were knocked out by Nottingham Rangers.[1] They were also knocked out of the Home Counties League Cup by Biggleswade United.[2]
