Composed of yee-yee (“lame”) +‎ ass (intensifying particle), according to Slink Johnson, voice actor of Lamar, who ad-libbed the above monologue from the game. In an interview with Know Your Meme,[1] he described, “for lack of a better word”, yee-yee as meaning “square”, i.e. socially conventional, uncool, etc. (This etymology is missing or incomplete.
