     I have problems when you put those two words together in the same sentence as "equivalents" (although pedophile-phobia is what you perhaps evidently meant). They are not equivalents by ANY stretch of imagination. One is slowly being eliminated, the other has to be quickly strengthened and issues like child sexual abuse by close familiy members/friends included in the whole gamut of "phobias".
