   Synonyms: kahel, bulantubig

• Using narangha to refer to the color may sound old and formal, and mostly used in poetic context. This would probably be the same for kahel, although it does not sound as old as narangha.
• Most natives would use the English word orange to refer to both the color and the fruit. Some natives may not even know that the Tagalog narangha or kahel exists.
