1. A Russian monetary unit equal to one hundredth of a ruble.
   • 2019 May 14, “Russia stops minting kopeks”, in Invest Foresight‎^[1]:

     The Central Bank discontinued minting kopeks gradually. In 2012, the regulatory body stopped minting one-kopek and five-kopek coins. In 2018, the Central Bank stopped minting kopeks completely and now mints only ruble coins.

2. A kopiyka: a Ukrainian monetary unit equal to one hundredth of a hryvnia.
3. A kapiejka: a Belarusian monetary unit equal to one hundredth of a ruble (rubel).

Kopek is the favored spelling used by The Moscow Times, whereas some English dictionaries prefer kopeck.
