1. Resembling or characteristic of kibbles (coarse-ground grain etc.).

     She smells Main Street before she sees it — the cigarette smoke from puffing teenagers and grown-ups, the kibbly breath of excited dogs, the Scotch-tape smell of the bubble wrap itself.

2. (fandom slang) Having kibble (in the Transformers fandom, pieces of a toy or figure necessary for one mode, but appearing out of place or unnecessary in the other).
