1. (gay slang, vulgar) An extremely submissive or dominated bottom; a pussyboy.

2. (LGBTQ, slang, vulgar, sometimes offensive) A man, masculine-presenting, nonbinary, or intersex person who has a vulva or related female chromosomes or genitalia. The term is used by some individuals within transgender, nonbinary, and intersex communities as a form of self-identification, reclamation, or body positivity. It may express comfort with one’s body while affirming a masculine or mixed-gender identity. Outside these contexts, the word is considered explicit and may be offensive if not used with consent and respect.
