  Một thuở nọ, Đức Phật ở tại Thế giới Cực Lạc, cùng với vô lượng chư đại Bồ-tát vây quanh ở trước sau, và Ngài thuyết Pháp cho họ.
  Lúc bấy giờ Quán Tự Tại Đại Bồ-tát, Thiên nữ Đại Cát Tường, và chư đại Bồ-tát đều từ chỗ ngồi đứng dậy và đến chỗ của Thế Tôn, cúi đầu đảnh lễ với trán chạm sát chân của Ngài, rồi mỗi vị ngồi qua một bên.

  One time, the Buddha was in the World of Absolute Bliss, surrounded by countless Bodhisattavas, as He preached the Dharma to them.
  At this point, Avalokiteshvara the Bodhisattva, Shri the Devi, and the other Bodhisattavas stood up, came to the Lord, bowed deeply so that their foreheads touched His feet, then sat back down aside.
