Suppe (“soup”) +‎ -n- +‎ Koma (“coma”). First attested in 1995.

Suppenkoma n (strong, genitive Suppenkomas, no plural)

1. (informal, often humorous) food coma (the state of feeling tired and lethargic after a heavy meal, especially after lunch)

     Um 14 Uhr, direkt nach dem Mittagessen, bin ich die Allzweckwaffe gegen das Suppenkoma.
