From Jechucho, a dialectical pronunciation or alliterative reduplication of Jesucho, the given name Jesús + the diminuitive -cho (see Pancho and Lucho)[1]. Jechucho is possibly directly from Jesuso, a rarely attested nickname of Jesús using the masculine suffix -o.
