• The meaning is roughly the same as that of -sti (“-ly”). The corresponding English expressions are not necessarily obvious.
  • -sti is much more common than -lti; the latter is much less productive.
• Some derivations are probably better understood as words in their own right, e.g. silti, kosolti, viljalti.
