灌湯餃
A dim sum dish which basically, is a large yellowish-surface dumpling with multiple precious ingredients and soup in it, traditionally speaking. Nowadays, due to the difficult crafting, more chefs prefer placing a dumpling without soup to a broth, rather than the traditional way where there is broth within the large dumpling, then being placed in a bamboo steamer.
