建て

連(れん)用(よう)形(けい) (ren'yōkei, “stem or continuative form”) of the verb 建(た)てる (tateru, “to build”).

建(た)て • (tate) 

1. something contracted, such as a contracted sale or purchase where the transaction is still incomplete: a standing sale or purchase

As above, with rendaku (連(れん)濁(だく)).

建(だ)て • (-date) 

1. denotes a building of such structure; in particular added to a number of storeys with 階(かい) (kai, counter for storeys)

   二階(にかい)建(だ)ての家(いえ) ― nikai-date no ie ― a two-storey house (literally, “a house of two-storey-structure”)

2. (attaches to a currency) indicates currency used for a transaction
