يوز ارلك
Early Old Oghuz
Etymology
The Turkmen üzärlik in the second item points to a length leading to the Turkmen word ärlik (“manliness; bravery”). That the first item is also recorded as long in the source points to يُوزْ (yü:z, “hundred; face”) (ýǖz in Turkmen). If so, a literal translation would mean hundred manliness/bravery as a compound of Proto-Oghuz *yǖz and *ērlik.
Proper noun
يُوزْ اَرْلِكْ (yü:z erlik)
