- dar ān zamān ki hukūmāt-i tāškand ta'alluq bar qanā'at-šāh, ki yakē az ataba-bōsān-i darbār-i gardūn-madārī būd, dāšt, xabar-i giriftan-i ōrūsiyya qal'a-yi ūč-ālmatī ma'a tawābi'aš wa qal'a-yi tōxmāq wa aštak ma'a tawābi'aš bar sam'-i malla-xān rasānīd.
- In that time when the administration of Tashkent was under Qana'at-Shah, who was one of the courtiers of the heaven-orbiting court, he conveyed the news of Russia capturing the Uch-Almaty fortress with its dependencies, as well as Tokmok fortress and Ashtak with its dependencies, to the ear of Malla-Khan.
