төгүл • (tögül)

1. time, occurrence
2. (after a number) times

   онно үс төгүл сырыттым ― onno üs tögül sïrïttïm ― I went there three times

3. copy

   докумуон төгүлэ ― dokumuon tögüle ― a copy of the document

As shown in the above example, Yakut nouns do not take the plural form after a number.

   биэс төгүл биэс ― bies tögül bies ― five times five

It connects two numbers, and hence could be construed as a conjunction, but is here filed as a postposition, following the listing of English times as a preposition.
