Borrowed from Serbo-Croatian Стразбур / Strazbur, from French Strasbourg, from Middle High German Strāzburc.. A German borrowing in Serbo-Croatian would have yielded *Штрасбурґ (*Štrasburg), akin to Czech and Slovak Štrasburg.
