Etymology
Equivalent to ɬik (“dog”) + tr'axa (“woman”) or -tr'a' (“female”). The initial /tʂʼ/ of the first element is also realized as /tsʼ/ in -yots'a'a (“woman's niece”) and is a result of Koyukon influence.
