     I standardavtal är á-pris definierat som ”pris exklusive mervärdesskatt för enhet av arbete”. Ett á-pris ska avse samtliga kostnader, inklusive kostnader för räntor och centraladministration samt vinst för en i entreprenadhandlingarnas mening färdig enhet av arbete.

     In standard contracts, the unit price is defined as “the price excluding value added tax for one unit of work.” A unit price shall include all costs, including costs for interest and central administration, as well as profit, for a unit of work completed in the sense of the contract documents.
