Zekirija Ramadani (Macedonian: Зекирија Рамадани; born 21 January 1978) is a Macedonian professional football coach and former player of Albanian descent who is the manager of Kosovan club Drita. He has won the Kosovo Superleague as a manager with four different clubs.
Club career
Ramadani started his career at Sloga Jugomagnat. In the summer of 2006, he went on loan to Rabotnički.[1] He returned to Belasitsa Petrich in January 2007.[2]
International career
He made his senior debut for Macedonia in a July 2000 friendly match against Azerbaijan and has earned a total of 7 caps, scoring no goals. His final international was a friendly against China in January 2004.[3][4]
Managerial career
Ramadani won the Kosovo Superleague with KF Trepça '89 in 2016-17, with KF Feronikeli in 2018-19 and with FC Prishtina in 2020-21.[5][6][7]
On 20 June 2023, Ramadani was appointed as manager of Saudi First Division club Ohod.[8][9]
On 30 November 2023, after being sacked in Saudi Arabia, he returned to Kosovo as manager of FC Drita. With them, he won his fourth Kosovo Superleague, all of them with different clubs.
On 28 August 2025, Drita qualified for the 2025-26 UEFA Conference League after defeating FC Differdange 03 in the play-off round.[10] Doing so, Ramadani became the second manager to qualify for the UEFA Conference League with a club from Kosovo after Ilir Daja did twice with FC Ballkani.
On 6 November 2025, Drita won in the Tallaght Stadium in Dublin against Shelbourne FC its first ever game in a final stage of a European competition.[11] After winning also against Shkëndija Tetovo and having previously drawn against KuPS and Omonia Nicosia, Drita finished the League Phase of the Conference League with 8 points and qualified for the knockout phase play-offs.[12]
