Why You Don't Know It's a Girl? (Korean: 나의 유죄인간) is an upcoming South Korean workplace romantic comedy television series starring Yim Si-wan, Seol In-ah and Kim Jung-hyun. Based on the Kakao Page web novel and Webtoon of the same name by Lee A-yeon and Ryu Do-ha, it tells the story of a chaebol heir and his new secretary, a former special forces officer turned undercover investigator. It is scheduled to premiere on tvN in 2026.

- Yim Si-wan as Yoon Yi-jun[1]
- A third-generation chaebol who becomes a prime suspect in a murder case at his company and goes into hiding. His life changes when he hires a new assistant.
- Seol In-ah as Kang Jae-hee[1]
- A detective from a special forces unit who poses as a man and goes undercover as Yi-jun's personal secretary to investigate him.
- Kim Jung-hyun as Kang Jae-hee[2]
- A lawyer.
- Yi-jun's older sister.
Production
Development
Produced by CJ ENM Studios and Pitapat Studio, the series is helmed by Park Dan-hee and written by Moon Soo-jung. It is based on the Kakao Page web novel and Webtoon of the same name by Lee A-yeon and Ryu Do-ha.[4]
The series' title was initially developed under the working title Why Don't You Know I'm a Woman? (여자인 걸 왜 모르지?; Yeojain geol wae moreuji?), then it was changed to He Was Pretty (그놈은 예뻤다; Geunomeun yeppeotda), and finally it settled on My Guilty Human (나의 유죄인간; Naui yujoeingan).[5]
The script reading took place on December 17, 2025.[5]
Casting
In October 2025, Yim Si-wan and Seol In-ah were reportedly positively considering to star the office rom-com drama.[6] On November 11, Kim Jung-hyun was cast to star, while Yeonwoo and Kim In-kwon were reportedly considering.[2][7][8] In December, Im, Seol, and Hong Eun-hee were officially confirmed to appear.[1][3]
Release
Why You Don't Know It's a Girl? is scheduled to premiere on tvN in 2026.[1]
