The western thornbill (Acanthiza inornata) is a species of bird in the family Acanthizidae. It is endemic to southwestern Australia.
Its natural habitat is Mediterranean-type shrubby vegetation.
Description
Acanthiza inornata generally measures between 8–10cm in length. It has a grayish-brown cap and back, a creamy pale underbelly and a generally more brownish tint compared to other similar thornbills.[2]
