Viktor Frantsovych Kotsemyr (Ukrainian: Ві́ктор Фра́нцович Коцеми́р; 10 August 1952 – 15 December 2025) was a Ukrainian politician. A member of the Party of Regions, he served as governor of Vinnytsia Oblast from 2002 to 2004 and governor of Khmelnytskyi Oblast from 2004 to 2005.[1]
Kotsemyr died on 15 December 2025, at the age of 73.[2]
