Too Many Spears is a 1978 historical novel by Peter Pinney and Estelle Runcie about Frank Jardine and the settlement of Somerset, Queensland from 1864 to 1874.[1]
The Queensland Film Corporation funded development of a script based on the book.[2]
Reception
The Sun Herald called it "a larger than life tale".[3]
