Sladký (pronounced [ˈslatkiː]; feminine form Sladká [ˈslatkaː]) is a Czech and Slovak surname. It is derived from the Czech–Slovak word sladký for "sweet", originally a nickname for a "pleasant", "agreeable" person. People with the surname include:
