Sherwood is an unincorporated community in Doddridge County, West Virginia, United States, along Buckeye Creek.[2]

Sherwood is the site of North America's largest [3] natural gas processing plant, which came online in 2012 [4] and has undergone several expansions to support operations in the Marcellus natural gas trend and Utica Shale. The facility has the capacity to process over 3 billion cubic feet of natural gas per day at its thirteen cryogenic plants and can fractionate at least 40 million barrels of ethane per day at its three de-ethanizer units.
