Shawnee High School is a public high school located just southwest of Lima, Ohio. It is part of the Shawnee Local School District. They are members of the Western Buckeye League.

- Steve Arlin, Ohio State University Baseball pitcher. In 1966 Arlin led Ohio State to the National Championship and was named the tournament’s Most Valuable Player. Former MLB Pitcher for San Diego Padres 1969 - 1974, and Cleveland Indians 1974.[4]
