Sa Sa International Holdings (Chinese: 莎莎國際) is a Hong Kong–based leading beauty product retailing group in Asia, provides customers with diverse quality products. Listed on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited in 1997 (SEHK178), Sa Sa leverages the proven concept of “one-stop beauty product specialty platform” and covers more than 600 brands of skincare, fragrance, make-up, hair care and body care, inner beauty and health products as well as beauty equipment, including more than 120 exclusive international brands. Sa Sa operates more than 150 retail stores, and, to in line with the new retail era, Sa Sa merged online business with multiple online platforms to provide customers in the Hong Kong and Macau SARs, Chinese Mainland and Southeast Asia with a “customer-centric” omni-channel shopping experience.

The company was co-founded by Kwok Siu-Ming and his wife Kwok-Law Kwai Chun in 1978. It was listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 1997. The chain had over 230[1] retail stores in Hong Kong, Macau, mainland China and Malaysia.[2] In 2019, Sa Sa closed all its 22 stores in Singapore amid stiff competition[3] and running losses for 6 consecutive years. Sa Sa management did not inform its staff about the plans to pull out and surprised many.[4]

The Group has been included in the Hang Seng Composite SmallCap Index, Hang Seng Small Cap (Investable) Index, FTSE World Index Series and MSCI Index Series. It has been a constituent member of Hang Seng Corporate Sustainability Benchmark Index since 2011.
