Playing God is a 2024 Italian and French animated short film directed by Matteo Burani. The 9-minutes stop-motion animated film about the power of finding community[1] has been selected[2] in various international[3] film festivals,[4] including Animayo International Film Festival,[5] Tribeca Film Festival[6] and Annecy International Film Festival.
Plot
Through the obsessive search for perfection of a Sculptor, a clay sculpture comes to life, surrounded by past failed version of itself.
