Phillip Elmer White (May 17, 1900 – May 29, 1982) was an American football player who was a back in the National Football League (NFL) for the Kansas City Cowboys and the New York Giants.
He played college football as a halfback for the Oklahoma Sooners and was named first-team All-American by the NEA in 1920.[2][3]
While at Oklahoma, he also lettered on the basketball team.[4]
