Percival Peter Manglano Albacar (born 8 November 1972) is a Spanish politician. From 2022 to 2023, he was a member of the Congress of Deputies.[1] From 2011 to 2012, he served as minister of economy and finance of the Community of Madrid.[2] From 2015 to 2019, he was a member of the City Council of Madrid.[2]
