Palina Glebova

Palina Glebova (born 19 September 1996 in Moscow) is a German taekwondo athlete and five-time Guinness World Record holder.^[1]

Since November 2023, Glebova holds the Guinness World Record for throwing the most darts into a dartboard with one foot in one minute (she successfully threw nine darts, scoring 110 points).^[2][3][4][5]

In November 2024, she added one more Guinness Record: Most balloons burst by high-heel kicks above head height in one minute (achieved 22 balloons).^[6]

In Hamburg, she added three more Guinness Records in November 2025:^[7][8]

• Most bottles kicked up with the foot and then kicked at least three metres (achieved twelve bottles)
• Most wooden boards broken with a jump kick in one minute (female) (broke 16 boards)

• Most darts thrown with the foot and caught with the hand in the air in one minute (pair record with partner Joe Alexander, achieved 13 caught darts)^[9]

She holds eight additional world records recognized by the German Record Institute:^[10][11][12]

• Balanced most water bottles on her foot, threw them in the air and, with a side kick, kicked them over a three-meter line in 90 seconds (achieved twelve bottles).^[13]
• Broke the most boards in thirty seconds with a jumped front kick (achieved 13 boards).
• Broke most boards in thirty seconds in a mixed team of two people.
• Broke most boards in one minute with a jumped front kick (achieved 23 boards).
• Broke most aerated concrete blocks with a raw egg in hand without breaking the egg (achieved four intact eggs).
• Burst most balloons, attached to a wall, in one minute by throwing darts with one foot from a distance of three metres (achieved 16 ballons).
• Most darts thrown into a dartboard with one foot in one minute (achieved seven darts).
• Most balloons burst in mid-air with darts thrown by foot in one minute (achieved ten ballons).^[6]

Glebova began practising the Korean martial art taekwondo at the age of ten.^[14] At junior level, Glebova achieved several podium places in full-contact (kyorugi) competitions at both regional and state championships. She has been an active poomsae athlete since she was a junior and has reached the podium several times.

As a senior, Glebova has continuously medalled since 2012, her highest national placement being fourth at a German national ranking tournament.^[15] In June 2021, Glebova became a national kyorugi referee for Germany.^[10][16]

Since 2021, Glebova is a recurring guest at ZDF-Fernsehgarten, where she performs taekwondo kicks and world records.^[12][17] In 2021, Glebova appeared in the music video of the pop song "Siamo fatti cosi" by Anthony Bauer jr. and Rocco Costa.^[18]

As part of the Adivina qué hago show in 2024, she performed a darts stunts act where, with her foot, she shot several ballons next to one of the show's hosts with one dart each.^[19] In October 2024, Glebova was featured in season four episode two of the German TV Show Germany's biggest secrets ("Deutschlands größte Geheimnisse") on Kabel Eins.^[20]

Glebova completed an apprenticeship as International Administration Manager, specialising in Office Management, in 2020 and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Studies in 2022.^[21][22]
