Ora River
The Ora River is a significant river located in the Madi sub- region of West Nile, Northern Uganda.
- It primarily flows through Moyo District and ,Obongi District.

It is located in the north-west of Uganda. It covers some part of Ugandan districts like Zombo District.
Courses
It originates from the uplands near Moyo Town and flows generally South-Westwards.
Outlet
It empties into the Albert Nile (the section of the Nile River between Lake Albert and South Sudan border). The confluence is near the settlement of Pakwach (though Pakwach is in Nebbi District, the mouth is just north of it)
International Border Significance
This is the most significant characteristics of the Ora river:
- It forms a natural international border between Uganda and (Moyo,Obongi District) and South Sudan (Kajo-Keji County, Central Equatoria State) for a significant portion of its lower course.
