Nowgardan (Persian: نوگردن)[1] is a village in Bala Khiyaban-e Litkuh Rural District, Amol County, Mazandaran Province, Iran. At the 2016 census, its population was 402, in 122 families.[2] Up from 381 in 2006.[3]
