Noel Ahipeaud

Noel Ahipeaud Guebo is an Ivorian diplomat.

In 2004, he was Chargé d'affaires of the Permanent Mission of Côte d'Ivoire to the United Nations.[1]

In 2006, he was Ivory Coast's ambassador to Mali.[2] [3]
