Treyvion Deronta Echols (born July 15, 2002), also known as Nine Vicious, is an American rapper. He is signed to YSL Records and has released two studio albums, Tumblr Music and For Nothing, both in 2025.
Early life
Treyvion Deronta Echols was born on July 15, 2002, in Athens, Georgia.[1][2]
Career
Nine Vicious began releasing music professionally in 2024,[1] gaining a following on SoundCloud with the songs "I Love You" and "I'll Neva".[3] He released his first album, Tumblr Music, on March 31, 2025. On June 6, 2025, he released the EP B4FN, the prelude to his second album, For Nothing, which was released on July 4, 2025.[4] Following his releases, Nine Vicious would create his own clique, dubbed "FN", and would stop "repping" YSL. Following this, Young Thug would clarify on a livestream with Adin Ross that Vicious is still signed to YSL.[5]
Influences and artistry
Olivier Lafontant of Pitchfork compared Nine Vicious' mixtape Studio Addict to the early work of Young Thug and Ken Carson.[6]
